Now a days the problem of ecology is more urgent than ever before. That's why I have chosen this topic for my project. "How could we solve the problem of sustainability in the kitchen?" - I thought.
The concept I use in my kitchen is the cycle of substances in nature. The basis of the idea is a biodegradable generator and a tank that recycles various biological waste in the kitchen. The gas released during the decomposition of plants can be used in the kitchen, and biological residues can serve as fertilizer for the already popular all over the world home farms.
The kitchen is made with environmentally friendly materials such as moisture resistant plywood and wood veneer.
Plants grown in the kitchen are consumed for food, and their waste are returned to the biogenerator. Thus, it is possible to reduce the cost of kitchen maintenance, purchase of some food and fertilizers for home farms.
